APNEEF
The project “Therapeutic material and computer equipment” is aimed at acquiring new tools and materials for the work carried out during our therapy sessions with children with disabilities, as well as a computer for the admin work needed behind all what we do.
The material requested is necessary to equip the psychomotor room. These instruments will help to develop psychomotor skills, motor skills, coordination, attention, creativity, spatial capacity and sensory stimulation.
In addition, computer equipment is necessary for working with new technologies, case tracking, reports and networking.
APNEEF is a non-for-profit organisation founded in December 1998, by a group of concerned parents which had a common mission: cover the existing gaps regarding therapeutic care for children and youth with disabilities in Ibiza and Formentera. APNEEF carries a diversity of activities which aim at the reeducation, rehabilitation, integration, protection, or any other needs for people with disabilities and their families.
We want to continue improving our therapies and programmes for children with disabilities in Ibiza and Formentera, as well as supporting their families. The main objectives we aim to meet are:
– To increase motility and mobility.
– To improve understanding, communication, speech, and language.
– To enhance capabilities, social and interpersonal skills, and personal autonomy.
