The Ibiza Preservation Foundation (previously the Ibiza Preservation Fund) was born in 2008 out of concern for the unsustainable development of Ibiza and Formentera. Over the past 10 years, the IPF has contributed to stopping four oil and gas projects in the Mediterranean Sea, championed greater protection for Posidonia meadows, supported the conservation of almond groves, and the promotion of local products. The IPF raises money from people all over the world who care about the islands’ future.
